COVID-19 UPDATE - New Zealand Post has implemented social distancing rules during processing which has been impacting delivery times. Delays to our regular postage time-frames may occur. I just placed my order, when will my items ship?

We aim to ship your order within 1-3 working days from our warehouse.

Usually orders placed before 12PM will be shipped the same day excluding weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

New Zealand orders:

  • North Island 1-4 business days
  • South Island 2-7 business days

All our New Zealand rural customers please allow up to 7 business days, however your order usually arrives in around 2-4 business days from dispatch. 

*PO Box addresses will take an extra 1-3 days for delivery due to lack of access to a local post office.

Australian orders:
Australian orders usually arrive within 1-5 business days for metropolitan areas, and 2-7 days for rural regions with Express shipping.

Please note that due to COVID-19 there are some delays in transit with all international orders, we appreciate your patience.

United States & International orders:
United States orders usually arrive within 2-7 business days for metropolitan areas, and 3-9 days for rural regions with Express shipping. 

For the rest of the world please allow 3-13 days depending on where you are located.

All orders:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

I ordered a Pre-Order item, when will I receive my order?

Some products are currently on a Pre-Order system, this means that the item is currently not in stock however will be processed and sent to you as soon as the stock arrives at our warehouse.

Arrival dates are regularly updated on the individual product pages, however please note these are an estimate and not an exact date.

For products that are currently on a Pre-Order system, we offer a 24-hour grace period to allow you to cancel or change any order details. Outside of this timeframe, the order is deemed as final and we will not be able to offer any changes or refunds.

How much is shipping within New Zealand? 

$5 NZD flat rate shipping, FREE standard shipping for orders $100 NZD and over. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. 

How much is international shipping?

For Australian orders
$15 AUD flat rate shipping and FREE shipping for orders $150 AUD and over.

For United States orders and all other International orders
$25 USD flat rate and FREE shipping for orders $150 USD and over.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. 

Please note that due to COVID-19 there are restrictions on some countries receiving international mail, if you are concerned about your order delivery please contact us at hello@ecoluxeliving.co and we will happily assist.

All international orders are subject to import and/or customs charges, which the receiver/customer is liable for. EcoLuxe Living cannot be responsible for these additional charges.

How is my order packaged?

Our packaging uses ZERO plastic.

We package using the following:

  • Home & commercially compostable courier bags
  • Recycled paper courier bags
  • FSC certified and/or recycled and recyclable cardboard boxes
  • Paper or cardboard cushioning fill
  • FSC certified acid-free tissue paper
  • FSC certified paper packaging tape

At checkout on the right-hand side of the screen is a box that says "Discount". Enter your code in the field next to this and press Apply.

Please firstly check you have entered the code in the correct case (upper or lower, or mixed). Then check the expiry of the code from the source of the code. If you are still having issues, contact us at hello@ecoluxeliving.co for assistance.

How many codes can we use in one order?
Only one code can be used at a time (so check which code you have that can give you the bigger discount).
