DO YOU PROVIDE A GUARANTEE ON YOUR STAINLESS STEEL ETERNITY PEGS?
EcoLuxe Living provides a Lifetime Guarantee on our Stainless Steel Eternity Pegs and covers rust and damage from normal use. If you somehow manage to damage a peg when using in normal domestic conditions, simply send it back to us and we will replace it free of charge.
WHAT IS YOUR PRE-ORDER POLICY?
Some of our products are already in stock, while some are currently on our pre-order system. If you place an order for multiple items and one of them is on pre-order, we will reserve all the items in your order and ship them all together once the pre-order item becomes available.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE ORDERS ARE SHIPPED?
We pack and despatch all orders that are already in stock same day from our warehouse. For items that are on our pre-order system, arrival dates will be stated on the individual product pages. As soon as the items arrive, our team will work around the clock to dispatch them out to you as soon as possible.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY SHIPPING TRACKING NUMBER?
You should receive an email confirmation once your order is submitted, and another email with the tracking number once your order is despatched. For pre-orders, it may take anywhere between 1-5 weeks to arrive to us so please also allow this time for your tracking confirmation to come through to your email. Arrival dates are regularly updated on the individual product pages, however please note these are an estimate and not an exact date.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O BOXES?
Unfortunately we do not offer shipping to P.O Boxes. Please arrange shipping of your order to an alternative address, such as a work address.
CHANGE I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED?
Contact us within 24 hours once your order is placed in order to ensure orders can be updated. Unfortunately due to our pre-order system, orders made past 24 hours are final. Please take extra care when choosing sizing, colours and styles.
WHAT CURRENCY IS YOUR PRICING IN?
We have a currency selector dropdown in the footer section of each page which will automatically update all product prices in the following currencies: NZD, AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, JPY, SGD, USD.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, Laybuy, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shopify Pay.
DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PURCHASE?
No, you can simply checkout using your email address only.
